Thanks guys. So far the pain is manageable and hasn't meepdid me too much, as long as I limit too many activities in one day that use the same muscles/motions. I certainly hope I don't get to the state that you've described Cheryl! I should know more after another visit to the doc tomorrow. I'm kind of anti-meds, so I'm hoping PT will do the trick. I wouldn't pooh-pooh massages by any means but I'm doubtful that insurance will cover it.
